Which roast is right for you? Latin American beans are one of the many favorite roasts we offer our customers. It takes the best of beans to become one of the darkest roasts. The roasting intensity used would most definitely burn a lower quality beans. I’m sure it takes an adventurous palate to appreciate the blunt, smoky roast flavors. The unique intensity of the whole roasting process delivers a great result. Even though this bean has a bold, more powerful blend, it really only gives a slight residual acidity but light body.
The hidden secret to creating such a great roast is a superb green bean. Some of the particular importance’s to consider is hardness. A dense, strong bean will withstand the dark roast process a lot better than the more delicate beans. To make the best roast, these beans will need to come from a high altitude, and a healthy vigorous area. Some of our customers are looking for the particular famous less extreme roast, like our Italian and Espresso beans.
